Riesling-Estate-Sekt        Our sparkling wines:      Maximiner Cabinet Trocken      Maximiner Cabinet Brut                      are produced with the same care that we employ for the making of our wines. The vintage Sekt are produced in our bounded cellars on the estate from our own wines according to the traditional and classic methode champenoise. Selected Riesling wines and the secondary fermentation with Champagne yeast give these vintage sparkling wines their special character and the fine mousseux.
